Solutions for increased efficiencies
OIL & GAS
TES connectivity and wireless monitoring for oil and gas help maintain schedules and maximum output. For years, TES has implemented its solutions to help the oil and gas industry realize increased efficiencies and reduce waste with embedded and enterprise sense and control solutions. For instance, TES developed the first multi-fuel industrial digital engine controller (iDEC) to use well gas as fuel to generate electricity and hydraulic power, resulting in significant cost savings. Additionally, our wireless mesh networks allow companies to monitor data from equipment in the field, such as water levels in tanks at oil fracking sites or wells and equipment in the field.
MINING
Rough terrain, harsh weather, and severe environments are no longer inhibitors to smooth mining operations. TES specializes in the development and integration of custom ruggedized real-time embedded computers, sensors, actuators, and communications for vehicles and machinery. In addition, we specialize in client/server and cloud applications that communicate with remote vehicles and machinery.

TES CUSTOMER SOLUTION
Automated Hydraulic Fracking
The Problem
Green Field Energy Systems required a time and money saving solution to control and manage their high horsepower turbine-driven centrifugal pumps in hydraulic fracturing operations.
The Solution
Using its CruzFrac® software and electronic components, TES designed a system to remotely control and monitor the turbines, allowing for early performance issue identification.
Project Highlights
The TES system incorporates remote operator controls for selecting a pump’s RPM. It also monitors and records the pump’s performance details, allowing offsite supervision through remote real-time monitoring via a cloud-like infrastructure. The dashboard displays the pump output pressures at different rotational speeds, delivering diagnostic support to field operators.
